All orders are shipped via Aramex Store to Door Delivery, a reliable nationwide courier service in South Africa.

- 8 to 11 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)


Delivery times begin once your order has been processed and dispatched.


Please note that during peak periods, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take slightly longer.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation before being handed over to the courier.

5. Delays & Courier Responsibility


While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Silka™ is not liable for delays caused by the courier service (Aramex), customs, weather conditions, strikes, or any other circumstances beyond our control.


Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier service.


We will, however, assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information


Silka™ is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer at checkout.


Any reshipping costs due to incorrect information will be for the customer’s account.
